At Dr Kat’s Weightloss and Aesthetic Centre, we want every client to have a positive and safe experience with our products. If you have any concerns, we’re here to assist.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For safety, hygiene, and medical compliance, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on the following:
• Opened products
• Used or partially used items
• Any injections or injectable treatments
• Any opened medication or supplements
• Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain items
Once these items leave our premises, they cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
