Ingredients
20g Rolled Oats
1/2 Cinnamon stick
1/2 cup Boiling Water
150ml Fat Free Milk
Method
1. Braise oats in a small non stick pot with the cinnamon stick for approximately 1 minute.
2. Add boiling water and mix.
3. Next add milk.
4. Bring to boil and serve immediately.
5. Sweeten with a sweetener if desired.
